Upon completion of the aforementioned application form, all accompanying documents stipulated withing the document along with the fully completed application form should be sent to the application email addresses as indicated within the General Information section of the application form.
The application will only be considered if all of the stipulated documents have been included in the application email with the fully completed application form linked below. The inclusion of the proof of payment of the application fee in the application email is a non negotiable pre-requisite to the consideration of the application of the prospective student.
In order for the application form to be considered, submitted and completed, the files linked Memorandum of Agreement and Indemnity Form, need to be downloaded and completed and sent attached to the application email.
